The exact fixed salary depends on the following factors:
The 5% service commission is calculated only on eligible collected labour or service revenue after the approved monthly minimum target is achieved. It excludes cancelled service calls, unpaid invoices, refunded work, warranty rework, fake or duplicate bookings, unapproved discounts, customer complaints requiring refunds or free rework.
The 2% spare-parts commission is calculated on verified profit, not the total selling price, after deducting spare purchase cost, refunds, replacement losses, approved discounts, returned parts.
Example only: fixed salary ₹25,000 + eligible service commission ₹10,000 + eligible spare-parts commission ₹5,000 = possible total earning ₹40,000. This is not guaranteed; actual earnings can be lower depending on performance, revenue collection, attendance, service quality, and target achievement.
