Work from home with periodic district-level recruitment visits. Local visits must be planned according to genuine recruitment requirements.
Recruiters are expected to maintain accurate candidate records, update the approved Google Sheets or CRM workflow, and submit weekly recruitment reports.

Responsibilities
- Post approved vacancies on free job portals and suitable WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, and other social-media job groups
- Source technician, field-service, sales, trainer, and support candidates through approved channels
- Contact applicants, complete initial screening, and explain the role, compensation basis, location, travel requirements, and joining process accurately
- Follow up with interested candidates and shortlist them based on experience, qualification, location, compensation expectation, bike availability, and joining readiness
- Identify candidates willing to relocate and coordinate interviews and interview attendance
- Track selected candidates through joining and the initial employment period where required
- Visit ITI colleges, diploma colleges, vocational institutes, skill-development centres, and private training centres when recruitment requirements justify a visit
- Build professional relationships with placement officers, trainers, principals, and institute management without claiming an unapproved partnership
- Visit district employment offices, participate in job fairs, and support approved recruitment drives when required
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Google Sheets or the approved CRM and submit weekly recruitment reports
- Support hiring in the recruiter's district and nearby districts where practical
- Plan local recruitment visits weekly, once every 10 days, or when urgent district hiring and approved recruitment activity requires them
