This page describes the application and measurement flows currently implemented on Service Junction Jobs.
Information used for recruitment enquiries
The application form uses the details a candidate enters, including name, phone number, current district or location, selected role, experience level and optional notes. Relocation applications can also include preferred work location, relocation readiness and two-wheeler availability. The first application does not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or identity-document uploads.
How the information is used
Application details are used to review role fit, contact the candidate, coordinate recruitment follow-up and understand location or relocation readiness. The website sends an application to the configured Service Junction Jobs Google Apps Script endpoint, which stores approved application fields in the recruitment workflow only after server validation succeeds.
WhatsApp continuation
After the server confirms that an application was saved, the website may continue once to a server-approved WhatsApp URL. The website does not treat an unconfirmed submission, invalid response or page view as a saved application.
Website measurement
The website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. A confirmed application can produce an application-saved analytics event and one Google Ads conversion. These events use role, page and location identifiers designed to avoid sending the applicant's name, phone number or free-text message as analytics parameters.
Validation and security
The website and Apps Script validate application fields, submission identifiers, response markers and allowed origins. Technical protections reduce accidental duplicate processing and reject responses that do not match the active application attempt. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so candidates should avoid sending sensitive identity or financial information in the initial form or notes field.

Candidates can use the contact details published on this website to ask about an application or request correction of details they submitted. Identity may need to be checked before application information is discussed or changed.
